You may have noticed I love my exercise and meditations short and effective. One of my favourites are the 5 Tibetans. Years ago a girlfriend told me about them, but I didn’t bother trying them. A decade later someone gave me the book on Kindle and I was hooked, if ever I am short of time or wish to supplement my daily routine or am away from home – the Five Tibetans are perfect all round workout (especially if listening to Louise Hay subliminal affirmations!).
